Well, the service centers have launched and it's going extremely well. Our main service centers are for personal lines for The Hartford, AARP, MetLife, Safeco, and Travelers. The main reason they are there is for when you want to make a change on your policy, and it's the weekend. Or you have to pay that bill last minute and you called at 8:30 at night. Typically, we are only at the office from 9-5, and so we saw a need for our clients ... why not offer 24/7 service?
The service centers will handle pretty much anything. If you need us to quote a policy, or re-shop you due to an uprate, just call us at the local office in St. George or American Fork. Or if you need some claims advice, give us a call so you can talk directly with your agent.
